They are also potential sources compounds applications industry, agriculture, medicine, Thus, this study aimed to isolate identify endophytic medicinal plant Talinum triangulare evaluate its for production antimicrobial substances using disk diffusion technique testing liquid medium front Staphylococcus aureus ATCC SA 6538, Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA 0030, Corynebacterium diphtheria 27012. was isolated from 3 genus Trichoderma Penicillium, only showing activity.
